SHOULD I REGISTER FOR HOMEWORK HELP OR ONE ON ONE TUTORING FIRST?

To accommodate as many students as possible, we encourage students to first register for our Homework Help sessions. This allows tutors to get to know your child and their strengths while helping them understand what they learn in class. However, if you feel at any point that your child requires more individualized support outside of homework help, you can request that a tutor provide a single one on one one tutorial session.

For more information, please read more in the How it Works section.

WHAT IS A CYCLE?

One on One Tutoring runs for a whole cycle. A cycle is a six week period where students meet with a tutor one a week for a total of six lessons. Once you have completed a cycle, your sessions with your individual tutor are over. However, you may be invited to enroll in Homework Help or continue with your tutor for another cycle.

WHAT IS A SESSION?

Each meeting you have with a tutor, whether it is through Homework Help or One on One Tutoring, is considered a session.

HOW MANY SUBJECTS CAN I REGISTER FOR?

Students are allowed to register for any and all subjects that they would like help in. However, we encourage students to account for outside responsibilities and school work so that they can fully engage in any tutorial sessions that they attend. We do not want students dropping out later on, so please be mindful of your limits when registering.  Please do not register for every class you are taking unless you truly need support.
